There are plenty of moving parts when it comes to creating a film. Actors need to know their lines, directors need to have the vision, and editors must have an impeccable eye for details.

Unfortunately, even the greats sometimes misstep and an element gets overlooked. Have a peek below and check out this list of movie mistakes that I noticed, but sadly the editors did not.

in the scene where Sandra Bullock begins to cry, the tears float right off her face. But as astronaut Chris Hadfield showed the world, when you cry in space the tears actually remain smeared on your face due to the incredible surface tension.

How did they get the car to start in 'Red Notice'?

The 1931 Mercedes from 'Red Notice'.

It doesn't matter whether the car had petrol or that it was still in working order. It had still been in storage for roughly 90 years, so the battery would've been long dead.

It was all the Tin Man's fault in 'The Wizard Of Oz'.

When Dorothy chases ToTo out of the hot air balloon, the Tin Man continues to untie the rope anchoring it to the ground and then appears confused as to why it floats away.

If you look closely as the woman in front of Elle bends over to take a drink, you'll see that there actually isn't any water coming out of the fountain.

Stephen Strange is very unorthodox in 'Dr. Strange'.

Rachel McAdams and Benedict Cumberbatch in the operating room, not wearing masks in 'Dr. Strange'.
Disney | Disney

I get that this movie was filmed in a pre-COVID world. Still, there's no way that a surgeon would be allowed to perform brain surgery without wearing a surgical mask. It's just unsanitary.

I'm pretty sure that isn't Tobey Maguire in 'Spider-Man'.

Emma Stone with a piece of banana on her face in 'Cruella'.

Pay close attention every time the camera cuts and pans back to Emma Stone during the scene where she has a piece of banana on her face. Not only does it change positions, but the size is different as well.

Why is there a plastic water bottle in Laurie's home in 'Little Women (2019)'?

It's a fair question to ask since the jumpsuit is skin tight and doesn't appear to have any pockets to speak of, whatsoever. So where was Sandy storing her phone?

An elephant sometimes forgets in 'Mean Girls'.

If Cady is supposed to be from Africa, how do you explain the fact that she's riding an Asian elephant? Asian elephants have several characteristics that differ from their African relatives — including smaller ears. Also, the females don't grow tusks.

Diana Prince walking in a blue dress, with a sword concealed in her back in 'Wonder Woman'.
Warner Bros. | Warner Bros.

Everyone knows that Wonder Woman possesses super-human strength, but the same doesn't go for her dress. There would be no way that she'd be able to conceal a longsword, which likely weighed upward of 10 lbs, in her bra strap.
