Brad Pitt recently told fans in a new interview that he has prosopagnosia, a rare face blindness disorder. As we know, people online can be ruthless, but it seems people in the actor's own social circle don't fully understand the condition.

Now, the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood actor is defending himself and explaining what it's like to hear from people that don't believe him.

Brad Pitt has been busy these days, and no, it's not just from being Brad Pitt.

The 58-year-old has been busy working behind the scenes on lots of different Hollywood film projects that are either in pre or post-production. Just taking a glance at his wordy IMDb page I felt insanely unproductive.

Recently, the actor opened up to "GQ" about a condition he believes he has called prosopagnosia.

To save you a quick Google search, prosopagnosia is the inability to recognize people’s faces, also referred to as face blindness.

"Nobody believes me!” he told the magazine. “I wanna meet another!"

Although he's never been officially diagnosed, this isn't the first time the actor has talked about his potential condition.

“So many people hate me because they think I’m disrespecting them,” he told Esquire back in 2013. “Every now and then, someone will give me context, and I’ll say, ‘Thank you for helping me.'"

The "Fight Club" actor explained that the inability to recognize people's faces has given him a bad reputation.

"You get this thing, like, ‘You’re being egotistical. You’re being conceited,'" he told the outlet at the time, adding that he "piss[ed] more people off," while trying to use coping strategies.

"I can’t grasp a face, and yet I come from such a design/aesthetic point of view. I am going to get it tested. … That’s why I stay at home."

Despite saying he was going to get tested nearly 10 years ago, I hope the reaction to this new GQ interview prompts him to do so!
