Some scary news within the Kardashian family sprung last week when Kourtney's husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, was rushed to the hospital with his wife at his side.
Now, his ex-wife has spoken up and sent her regards to him, their children, and Kourtney. She explains how she knows he'll make it through just fine, displaying her solid confidence in her former spouse.
He was brought to a hospital on June 28 for an unknown issue, then rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where it was discovered that he had pancreatitis. His current wife, Kourtney Kardashian, was right at his side as it was happening.
Model and actress Shanna Moakler, with whom Barker has two children, released a statement to Page Six about the matter, saying, "Thank you to everyone who has reached out with concern to my ex and father of my children. I know he is in great hands and surrounded by loving support and the best medical teams available and his wife Kourtney."
She said that Barker had "beat the odds" many times before. "I know with his support system he will do it again. I will always be there for him and my children."
"I pray for a speedy recovery and for the comfort of my children as I know they are very concerned and worried."
In it, the 16-year-old is holding her father's hand, with the caption reading, "Please say a prayer." Kourtney has reportedly not left his side the entire time.
