I often find it amazing that the fashion industry keeps pushing certain styles upon its consumers. And by consumers, I mean us.

How many times have you gone shopping only to be baffled by the clothing options out there? When that happens, we can definitely classify it as a fashion fail. Am I right? So I figured it would be fun to share a few of these odd choices here, so we can collectively laugh at them. Let's get started.

This Roadkill

This dress could be good camouflage for the zombie apocalypse. Just add a cardigan and wedges, and this versatile dress transforms to perfect evening wear! Ha, ha, I don't think so! Who came up with this design here?

This Graphic Tee

Here's why I'm not a fan of graphic tees with someone's face on them. How do you know what the shirt will look like on you once you put it on? This is definitely not a great look. Do you feel me or what?

This Strange Tee

If you're a die-hard fan of Stranger Things, you will get a kick out of this. I've seen some crappy knock-offs, but this one is as strange as they come. What do you think? Would you buy it just because?

This Comfortable Outfit

Wait a minute? What is going on here? I understand the trend of having all your shoulders exposed, but this one I can't wrap my head around indeed. How is one to use their arms when wearing this? Can somebody explain this style to me?

This Odd Skirt

Here's a skirt you may have some trouble keeping clean. I mean, it looks dirty no matter what you do, so good luck to you. At least they could have made it in one solid color. That would have made more sense, no?

This Crappy Choice

If you thought the previous skirt wasn't that bad, what do you think of this one? I think it earns the title of "crappy" quite well, huh? Is that a poorly placed design, or did this lady just have an unfortunate accident? I don't care to find out.

These Women's Shoes

reddit | u/mmonzeob

Wait a minute, what is going on here? Aren't these the weirdest women's shoes you've ever seen? I can't say that with quite a certainty. How does one even walk in these? My toes hurt just by looking at them, hehe.

These Ridiculous Socks

reddit | u/B4DASS

Here's exactly why socks should never have faces on them. They stretch, people. And when they do, the face ends up totally distorted, and that's never a good look, no matter how good-looking the subject matter.

This Focal Point

reddit | u/Swarthy_Man

I don't know about you, but I don't really want to make my crotch a focal point of the outfit. So I find this "Eye of Sauron" mini skirt both ridiculous and laughable. I think this designer should stick to T-shirts from now on.

This Fake Out

reddit | u/g-e-o-f-f

It's bad enough when pants come with fake pockets. But what if you got a pair of sweatpants that happened to be a little too loose? No problem. That's what a drawstring is for, right? Wrong! This one is fake and useless AF. Come on!

This Dirty Sole

reddit | u/BroBroBrayBray

If you're too lazy to clean your shoes, I have good news for you. It seems that companies are now making sneakers with soles that look like they're already dirty. So this fashion trend will save you some precious time.

These Summer Flip-Flops

I can't wait to start wearing sandals and flip-flops again. However, I can't say that I'm equally excited about this banana style here. What were they thinking, huh? Is it just me, or are you baffled by this choice, too?

These Tie Dye Socks

reddit | u/Flapboy

Normally, I go crazy for tie-dye clothing. But when it comes to a color choice like this one, I don't like it one bit. How can you even tell if these socks here are clean or not? What an odd choice, huh?

These Business Crocs

reddit | u/audummy

Is it just me, or are these Crocs in the wrong display section? Somehow when I look for business loafers, Crocs don't come to mind. And that's for a good reason, no? They don't belong there at all. Wow!

These Eye-Catching Leggings

reddit | u/ohyeesh

Some ladies would be offended if somebody stared at their bottom. But if you're wearing leggings like these, are you asking for it? There is no way anybody passing by won't notice these cat's eyes looking at them, and that's no lie. Oh, my goodness, ha, ha.

This Constant Dilemma

Check this out. Would you believe me if I told you all these pairs of women's jeans were the same exact size? Oh, yeah. That's pretty much why it's so hard for us ladies to buy clothes online. The sizes don't line up from brand to brand, and I find that infuriating AF.

This Pocket Situation

reddit | u/evening_shop

Speaking of jeans, let's talk about another annoying issue — pockets. Why is it that when it comes to women's fashion, the pockets get smaller and smaller? Can we please get full-size pockets in our jeans? Is that too much to ask?

This Denim Underwear

reddit | u/anustickl

Oh my goodness, what have we got here? I thought I had seen it all, but clearly, I was wrong. Are you telling me that somebody thought it would be a good idea to make denim underwear? I mean, why? All I can think of is the ultimate wedgie. That wouldn't be comfortable at all. OMG!

What did I tell you?

I hope you don't fall prey to these obvious fashion blunders here. As far as personal style is concerned, I rather say "no" to certain questionable trends than look like a fool. How about you? Are you bold with your fashion choices, or do you stick to trusted and true?
