Tyga Said He Created Kylie Jenner And That She Needs Black People, And Everyone Is Livid

Diply 31 Aug 2018

Ugh, ex-boyfriends, amirite? Well, Kylie Jenner knows what I'm talking about.

I mean, what's worse than your ex-man taking credit for your success? Only your ex-man taking credit for your success on public radio. Alright, let's get this story started already.

You know this person, right? Currently living your dream job of making, like, a gazillion dollars every time she posts a selfie on Instagram? Ding! Ding! Ding! It's Kylie Jenner!

Round two: Who's Kylie Jenner's current boyfriend? Come on, it's the one who can't remember her dogs' names. That's right! It's Travis Scott!

What are pet names when you're in love?!

Final question: Who's this famous ex-boyfriend of Kylie's? I'll give you a hint: "Rack city b*, rack, rack city b*." If you guessed Tyga, then you were listening to rap in 2012! Congratulations!

If you answered all of the previous questions correctly, then your prize is a full kettle of steaming hot tea, served to you by Tyga himself.

Recently, the rapper went on Nicki Minaj's Queen Radio show, where he discussed his ex-girlfriend.

Nicki came out hot with her first question to Tyga, asking, "Do you miss Kylie?" In response, Tyga laughed, "No, I'm good. I'm good, love, enjoy."

Weeeeeeell, it would have been pretty weird if he had said anything different.

Then, Nicki asked whether Tyga felt he had put Kylie on the map, and he said,"Yes," adding, "Everybody knows that, that's public." But wait — excuuuuuuse me? This is a brand-new sentiment to me, sir!

To this, Nicki replied, "Well, I don't know, because a lot of men say stuff like that, Tyga. I've got to rep for my women, I've got to play devil's advocate."

Confident in his response, Tyga continued, "You gotta look at the before and after. She always had a platform and she was always destined to be what she was going to be regardless, but when I stepped in, there was a lot of codes being taught."

"It was like, you could do this, you should start this, you should start doing your hair like this," explained the rapper. "You should adapt because you need black people to f* with you because you need culture."

"If you ain't got black people behind you, you ain't got nothing," added Tyga. "Ain't nobody gonna listen, you can't influence nobody. I had a lot to do with all that, which I don't need credit for."

But you are ranting right now about how Kylie Jenner owes credit to you, no?

"I don't need to go online and tell people that I did this and I'm the one helping her, coming up with these colors and names on her [...] lip line. It was a lot of stuff," explained Tyga.

You mean to tell me that Compton's very own Tyga helped choose the name and color for my "Dolce K" Kylie Jenner Lip Kit? I don't know how to react to that information.

But these people do know how to react to it, and their reactions to such mind-boggling information consisted mainly of making fun of Tyga for only ever putting out one real hit.

I mean... it's the only one I know.

However, some found it hilarious that Tyga had basically claimed responsibility for Kylie appropriating black culture — a topic which the Kardashian–Jenners have a whole file on.

Others found it a bit odd that Tyga claimed to have created Kylie when, let's not forget, she was a minor at the time the two began dating.

Nicki then asked, "What do you think about Travis Scott?" which, as you may know, was a loaded question considering her recent beef with the rapper.

Regardless, Tyga responded, "We ain't got no beef, we ain't got no beef. It's his time right now, you gotta let it ride. I ain't got no beef with him."

Let's face it: It was a bit shady (or, rather, perfectly timed) for Nicki to feature Kylie's ex-boyfriend on her radio show in the midst of her feud with Travis Scott.

Ultimately, as annoying as it must be to hear your ex-boyfriend claim responsibility for putting you on the map, Kylie Jenner is so rich that I don't know if anything could bring her down.

And anyway, we all know that it was Kim Kardashian who created Kylie Jenner (and all the Kardashian–Jenners), so shhhhhh, Tyga.
