According To This Fan Theory The Next MCU Villain Might Actually Be An Avenger

The next villain of the MCU for the new Avengers may actually be someone they love and respect.

A new Avengers: Endgame theory is rising, and it's one that might break a couple of hearts.

We've always had amazing villains.

If there's one thing that the MCU is amazing at, it's giving the Avengers crazy villains to fight against.

Some of them are just freakishly strong, while others are extremely intelligent.

Loki was always a fan favorite.

Loki has been just as popular, if not more popular, than some of the Avengers themselves.

He is complex, misunderstood, and sometimes even referred to as a hero.

Thanos was the biggest threat of all.

It took a decade, but the Avengers fought Thanos and it was epic.

It wrapped up phase three of the MCU, but moving onward, it's likely he won't be there anymore.

It's time for a new villain now.

The new theory is that the Hulk is actually taking advantage of Banner, and is just biding his time.

Wouldn't that be something?

This sets up Hulk as the next big bad.

In Endgame Bruce Banner has perfectly merged with the Hulk.

But this can bring about Maestro Hulk. In which Banner's inner Hulk or an alternate universe evil Hulk would take over Banner completely. This would make him completely evil.

What would that mean for the future of the MCU?

We could potentially get another Civil War.

Carol Danvers would be the one to start a war against the Hulk. In his rage, he would have to be destroyed, and this would divide the team.

It could turn into a world war.

The Hulk is one of the strongest characters in the MCU.

If he gets pissed off just enough, he could end up destroying the world completely.

It would make for an incredible story arc.

While we don't want to see our good guy go bad, it would definitely be interesting to see on screen.
