Kim Kardashian Announces The Birth Of Fourth Child
It seems like just yesterday we learned that Kim and Kanye were expecting their fourth child via surrogate.

Kim and Kanye had also used a surrogate to deliver their third child, Chicago.
While Kim carried North and Saint to full term, her pregnancies were not the easiest for the reality television star.

She had what is called placenta accreta during her pregnancy with daughter North, which is when the placenta can't be separated after birth, which can potentially be very dangerous.
She also opened up about having preeclampsia, which is actually a pretty common pregnancy complication.

While the condition can be hard to detect, it was most noticeable for Kim in the form of swelling feet.
She first expressed the option of surrogacy back in 2017 on the family's reality television show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
She said multiple times during that season that the doctor advised against having a natural birth given how dangerous her first two pregnancies were.
Finding a surrogate isn't easy, and not just because Kim and Kanye are celebrities.
She said it took a year before anything regarding the surrogacy was finalized. They wanted to ensure that the surrogate was healthy and a good fit for the family.
On the show, she explained that while she and others were curious about whether she would be able to connect with the baby the same as during a natural pregnancy, she said it was the exact same feeling.
So it didn't come as a surprise when it was revealed that the couple were trying for a fourth child via surrogate again.
We learned late last night that Kim's surrogate was in labor.
Kris Jenner was making an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, when Kourtney came out to share the exciting news.
Kris had NO idea!
She immediately gasped and remarked, "What are we doing sitting here? Come on, Ellen!"
You could tell Kris wanted to get up and leave right there. She's always wanting to be by her children's sides!
Kim confirmed the news in a recent tweet, announcing that he was here and perfect!
Naturally, fans are beyond excited for the family.
Of course, fans are also anticipating what the couple will choose to name their newborn son.

Kim and Kanye have already come up with some iconic names for their children, so it only makes sense that they'll have a fourth one ready to go!
She added that he looks just like his older sister, Chicago.
So far we don't have any pictures, or even a name, but we know that it'll only be a matter of time!
